Rachel Weiss Community Program Assistant

Rachel is a recent May 2019 University of Minnesota graduate with degrees in psychology and fine art, and is currently pursuing her masters degree in art therapy and clinical counseling at Adler Graduate School. Before joining the ADAPT team, Rachel engaged in research focusing on the neuroscience behind anxiety disorders and the role classical conditioning plays in their development; she has also spent a majority of her previous time working in student services at the University of Minnesota’s College of Liberal Arts while also providing direct care to adults with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia.
